Shipping & Returns

NetDryers ships hand dryers free to any customer delivery site in the Continental U.S.  These orders will ship ground unless you would like to pick up the tab, in which case we are more than happy to expedite the order!  Most orders will ship next day, and nearly all orders will ship in 1-3 days, even if we do not have it in stock.  If there are ever any problems with us keeping this pledge, we will immediately let you know!  Alaska/Hawaii, export, or expedited shipping will require some phone or email contact, and we will reach out to you accordingly.

Orders to Illinois will require Sales Tax added to your order, as we are located in Chicago, IL.

We will ship UPS or FedEx most of the time, and will send you a tracking number as soon as we have one.  Please call us if there are any special shipping issues.

Purchase Orders are accepted if you submit a credit application and we agree on terms (our standard terms are Net 30).  To request credit or submit a PO, please contact us by email, fax, or phone and we can begin to get you set up.

We will allow returns as long as our returns policy is strictly followed.  The merchandise must be unused and unopened (check your package to make sure it is what you ordered – once you try to install it, we can’t take it back!).  If the purchase is within 60 days of the order date and the product is still unused, contact us and we will issue you a returns authorization which will include the shipping information for the return.  Without this authorization, we will not take back product for a return.  There is a mandatory restocking fee of 20% on all returns.  You are responsible for all shipping costs on any returns.  Of course, if the mistake is ours, we will pay for the shipping and waive the restocking fee (aren’t we reasonable!).
